A-dec Announces European Distribution Center Opening

The distribution center will strategically support A-dec dealers, and provide more efficient and expedited service to dentists across the continent

A-dec announced today the opening of a new European Distribution Center in Tilburg, Netherlands. The new facility will support growth of the Eastern and Western European dental equipment markets, by stocking popular dental equipment products and common service parts. Making these frequently ordered products available from a European location will reduce transport time and logistic costs, eliminate import complexities, and improve service to A-dec customers.

Rhenus Contract Logistics will serve as A-dec’s European Third Party Logistics (3PL) distribution partners. As a family-owned business, Rhenus shares many of the same values as A-dec, with a passion for quality offerings and unrivalled customer service.

Opening offices in China in 2010 in order to support A-dec sales in Asian markets, along with a multi-million Euro investment in a new ERP system at the head office in Newberg, Oregon, USA in 2015, this latest investment builds on A-dec’s growth plans globally.
