Users of the Amann Girrbach CNC units Ceramill Motion 2 and Mikro 5X benefit from increased machine capacities and a time advantage of up to 40% when milling splints from PMMA. New milling strategies and powerful, but controlled feeds provide for faster but highly precise results. Particularly efficient abrasion is achieved during the first processing phase in combination with a specially developed roughing tool (Roto SC 2.5).
Accomplished final results are achieved with the proven finishing milling with the regular Roto milling cutters for wet and dry processing. This results in a particularly even, smooth milling texture with outstanding surface quality.
"Speed-milling" in the wet mode is possible with all Ceramill Motion 2 generations as well as in dry mode with the Mikro 5X.
