Go for gold with PEMF therapy this Olympics

Local multi award-winning gymnast, James Hall, encourages Olympic athletes to use PEMF to improve their training.

As a professional athlete, multi award-winning gymnast James Hall from Maidstone, Kent, is encouraging other athletes to incorporate PEMF therapy into their training routine, especially as the Olympics are drawing closer.

James, 20, who trains at Pegasus Gymnastics Club, Maidstone, says, “When using PEMF therapy in my training schedule I immediately noticed a difference as I didn’t feel as much fatigue and my recovery time was a lot quicker. Recovery is key to training; If I don’t recover properly I do not train properly because my training won’t be at its best. Also, as a professional gymnast I am always travelling to enter competitions and finding the time to recover is difficult. I benefited from using PEMF therapy as it sped up the recovery process. I can honestly recommend that anyone training for the Olympics or any other sport for that matter should at least try PEMF and see the difference it really makes.”

Andy Smith, NewMed Business Development Manager, says, “At NewMed we understand that people lead busy and active lifestyles and so we are proud to have a wide range of PEMF therapy devices to suit every lifestyle. We are so proud to have worked with someone as inspiring as James and hope that we can help any more budding athletes improve their training regime with PEMF therapy.”
