They screen 75-100 patients per day. This translates to 300-400 patients per week. This has made a big difference for streamlining the process and efficiently triaging patients that have more severe disease and need expedited treatment, so that they can get help faster. She states, "Any way in which a system such as ours can provide the same or higher quality of care with lesser manpower resources, is very effective for our large system across LA County.
