America’s ToothFairy Awards $100,000 in Grants

Underserved children across the nation will soon get the care they need thanks to $100,000 in grants awarded by America’s ToothFairy to members of its Dental Clinical Resource Program (DCRP)

This network of nonprofit clinical programs receives financial, product, and educational resources from America’s ToothFairy to expand the delivery of dental services and education to children from low-income or uninsured families.

“We are proud to award these ToothFairy Grants in honor of the many caring companies and individuals supporting our mission to improve oral health outcomes for children,” said Jill Malmgren, executive director of America’s ToothFairy. “Their generous contributions will enable thousands of underserved children to access vital oral preventive services and treatment.”

Funding for the grants was donated by sponsors of the Virtual ToothFairy Ball and Online Auction, an annual fundraiser, and was awarded in the names of the donating individuals or companies. The recipients will use the funds to improve oral health outcomes for children through school-based sealant programs, oral care product distributions, dental services for homeless children, and other projects.
