MetaSystems Indigo has focused on helping medical decision makers and laboratory professionals rapidly identify pathogens with DMI (Direct Multiplex Imaging), a high-throughput automated analysis system for the identification and differentiation of clinically relevant microorganisms. The system also scans, digitizes and archives Gram-stained or parasite samples enabling on-screen analysis with remote access. Furthermore, it automatically finds and quantifies mycobacteria such as M. tuberculosis.
