Awaiba, an industry leader in imagery sensors, is the driving force behind the ‘world’s smallest’ digital camera – the NanEye 2C. Measuring just 1x1x1 mm in size, the NanEye 2C sensor provides a true system on chip camera head with fully self timed readout sequencing. The sensors have a low energy dissipation on the interface, and therefore do not require complicated shielding to meet EMC norms. With a normal threshold of 250 x 250 pixels at 3um pitch, the Awaiba designed sensors provide clear and sharp images in a perfectly compact size. The sensors are ideal for non-invasive internal viewing and provide delay free, smooth video for clinicians working in areas, such as Endoscopy and Laproscopy.
