SKY Q HEARING AIDS BY PHONAK

A special line for children with mild to profound hearing loss

Swiss manufacturer, Phonak, specialised in hearing aid technology, has released a line of hearing devices exclusively designed for children with hearing loss considered as medium to profound.

Knowing how children can be reluctant to wear their hearing aids, Phonak has transformed this moment into a playful one. Indeed, they can create their own personal look and consequently feel self-assured. In the first place, by choosing the color they prefer: 17 are available for the housing and 7 for the ear hook. Secondly, they can paste fun stickers on them.

Giving more credit to performance than to fun design, parents will surely appreciate the level of performance guaranteed by waterproof and dust-tight Sky Q. Phonak promises access to high pitched sounds even in noisy or windy environments (SoundRecover algorithm with the Roger technology and “Speech in Wind” feature), the possibility to pair the hearing aids with smartphones to hear directly the conversation via the Sky Q (DuoPhone technology), the feasibility to focus on one precise person, in a group, when the sound level makes it hard to concentrate on her (autoStereoZoom).
