Addfield Wins Again
Further success as Addfield are named Manufacturer of the Year
Another evening of celebration for Staffordshire Based Manufacturer at this year's 5th Annual Business Awards hosted by the Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce as Addfield Environmental Systems Ltd walked away with the ‘Manufacturer of the Year Award’. The awards held on the 4th of July at the Staffordshire County Showgrounds welcomed businesses for the entire Staffordshire region to celebrate the continuing growth and success that the region has experienced during the past years as more than 400 companies entered to win one of 15 categories.
Addfield achieved three tiers of success at this year's awards starting with being the only company to have achieved the position of ‘Highly Commended’ in the Medium/Large Business of the Year Award. Narrowly missing out as finalists in the ‘International Trade Award’. Finally taking the first place and winning the ‘Manufacturer of the Year Award’.
Addfield have always been proud of the quality of their workmanship always proudly declaring their range of incinerators as being ‘Simply Built Better’. Employing a workforce of highly skilled tradespeople most from the Staffordshire region this recognition is a high honour.
‘As a manufacturer, this award recognises one of the key parts that make Addfield great. In the past ten years, we have grown from a team of only three to more than sixty and everyone here has been an instrumental part in our growth and success. As such this award belongs as much to every member of the team as it does to Addfield as without their hard work and dedication Addfield incinerators would not be recognised as the best in class.
It is genuinely an honour to win this award following the visit from the judging panel who were able to see for themselves the quality of our work. This award helps us to stand by our claims of being ‘Simply Built Better’.
It was a hugely enjoyable evening that was expertly organised and we are really proud to be able to have brought such an eye-catching and unique award home to add to our growing awards cabinet.
The past three years have seen Addfield undergo such dramatic growth and expansion bringing with it many challenges to overcome, which because we have such a fantastic team working in every department from design, fabrication, refractory, servicing and commissioning we have been able to overcome and be seen as the regions best manufacturer. To achieve any recognition of quality is always a privilege and this award will join the others in Addfields growing awards cabinet. As with every award this will be treasured by Addfield as not only does it highlight to customers the underlying quality of an Addfield machine. It also shows Their growing workforce that the work that they complete everyday is recognised for being of high quality and massive importance to the region.
