Air Products SRL expands its line of oil-free piston compressors with the OX200 Plus—an evolution developed for applications that require higher operating pressures.

The key feature of this version is its ability to reach a discharge pressure of up to 200 bar, compared to the 150 bar capacity of the OX200 model. This increase broadens the equipment's range of applications, providing a more versatile solution for filling cylinders with oxygen and inert gases.

The OX200 Plus combines this higher pressure with a flow capacity of 2.5 to 7.5 m³/h and a system designed for continuous operation, offering a reliable solution for facilities that require constant equipment availability.

Its oil-free piston design is particularly well-suited for handling oxygen and inert gases. Furthermore, the unit is engineered for efficiency and longevity, featuring low RPM, a piston speed of 0.6 m/s, large-surface-area coolers, and stainless-steel piping and fittings capable of withstanding high-pressure conditions.

The unit also incorporates a high-efficiency electric motor, a high-pressure safety system, and air cooling—all integrated into a compact design that ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

With the 200-bar OX200 Plus, Air Products SRL adds a higher-pressure option to its compressor range, while upholding the core principles of energy efficiency, long service life, and reliability that define the OX series.
