The benefit against sleep disorders?
“Sleep disorders” include problems falling asleep and staying asleep in the sleep process, which impair the ability to fall asleep and/or stay asleep, which involve excessive sleeping or which manifest themselves in abnormal sleep behavior.
A first measure to regulate the sleep-wake cycle could be chronohygiene. A regular lifestyle, such as eating at fixed times, the same sleeping, working and regeneration times help in many cases.
