Ceramill M-Build: Digital model fabrication using the Ceramill Motion 2 (5X)
Ceramill M-Build is a Ceramill Mind upgrade module for in-house fabrication of precision models based on intraoral scan data. The software enables convenient, efficient fabrication of accurately fitting sectioned models using CAD/CAM and integrates seamlessly into the existing process chain of Ceramill system components. When the design is complete, the data are milled from a special model resin (Ceramill M-Plast) using the Ceramill Motion 2 (5X). The seamless, digital workflow guarantees a cost-effective working process with maximum value creation while producing an increase in quality thanks to the reduction in the sources of errors (e.g. dental stone expansion).
In future, Amann Girrbach will also provide in-house fabrication of implant models. Special corresponding laboratory analogues ensure exact transfer of the implant position to the milled model and guarantee a high degree of precision and reliability.
