Analytik Jena is a TOP Apprenticeship company for 2025

Award honors Analytik Jena's long-standing commitment to sustainable and successful education for young people

Jena, February 20, 2025 – Analytik Jena, along with six other companies, has been awarded the title of “TOP Apprenticeship Company 2025” by the East Thuringia Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The award recognizes Analytik Jena’s long-standing commitment to the sustainable and successful training of young people. The training concept impresses with its practical relevance and active involvement of the trainees.

Since 1993, more than 180 trainees have successfully completed their training at Analytik Jena. With its analytical measurement and automation technology, the Jena-based, internationally active company makes an important contribution to improving the quality of life in many areas. This is becoming increasingly important to young people and, above all, they are becoming more and more aware of it. In addition, the practical apprenticeship concept and the friendly atmosphere are convincing factors – starting with the application process and the trial work day.

In particular, Analytik Jena stands out from the competition for qualified young talent thanks to its comprehensive, structured, and personally supervised training program. Targeted exam preparation is an important criterion in this regard. In addition, trainees appreciate that they are integrated as team members from the outset and actively involved in everyday work. Their opinions are regularly heard, for example at trainee get-togethers or recurring feedback sessions. Practical trainee projects enable them to actively shape their training and make a meaningful contribution.

Head of Apprenticeship Vicktoria Barth is delighted with the award: “We have produced several best-in-class trainees. This would not be possible without our dedicated trainers, because training is teamwork. With the support of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the East Thuringian Training Association, and the Jena Education Center, we offer solid training. The diverse career paths of former trainees confirm time and again that you can go far with us.”

Grit Petzholdt-Gühne, Vice President Human Resources, is also delighted with this prestigious recognition: "For us at Analytik Jena, our commitment to providing excellent apprenticeships is, on the one hand, an important investment in the future. On the other hand, we want to fulfill our social responsibility and give young people a solid start to their careers. As a rule, apprenticeships are followed by a job offer, and our Learning & Development team continues to support our talented employees. "

A total of 16 instructors and eight apprenticeship coordinators ensure mutual success. The range of apprenticeships covers a wide spectrum:
- Industrial clerk (m/f/d)
