AUCHEER's Statement

Regarding Procurement by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

The Gates Foundation intends to conduct cohort studies among pregnant women in Sub-Saharan Africa to explore optimal solutions for pre-eclampsia in vitro diagnostics. As a leading Chinese brand dedicated to providing pre-eclampsia diagnostic solutions, AUCHEER initially engaged with the foundation in early November 2023. After nearly two years of efforts, we have now successfully reached a preliminary cooperation.
The Africa Clinical Research Network (ACRN), the research trial implementer funded by the Gates Foundation, has signed the first procurement contract for products with AUCHEER. The payment for the aforementioned goods, sourced from the special funds granted by the Gates Foundation, has been transferred to AUCHEER's account. Furthermore, in the second half of 2026, ACRN will continue to utilize the special funds granted by the Gates Foundation to procure the second batch of products from AUCHEER.
ACRN received the first batch of POC analyzer iRaTe 300, FIA diagnostic kits (including PlGF kits and sFlt-1 kits), and corresponding quality control materials provided by AUCHEER in November this year. It has commenced systematic validation work on the diagnostic performance for pre-eclampsia. This collaboration marks the official entry of AUCHEER's products into the international multicenter clinical research system and lays a solid foundation for their subsequent global promotion.
