KEYLASER Group trained about MDSAP
Recently, in order to improve its global compliance capabilities, KEYLASER Group has received MDSAP training.
MDSAP (Medical Device Single Audit Procedure) is a global unified audit system promoted by the International Medical Device Regulators Forum (IMDRF), covering major markets such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, and Japan. According to the IMDRF 2023 report, 85% of MDSAP participating companies worldwide said that their compliance efficiency has increased by 20%-30%. According to the 2023 data of the International Medical Device Quality Association (IMQA), the customer complaint rate of companies that received MDSAP training decreased by 18%.
