Postoperative Care Guidelines for Photodynamic Therapy (PDT)

1.The treated skin area will be covered with a dressing. It is recommended to keep it for about 24 hours. Please follow the doctor's advice for the exact time.
2. Please avoid scratching or bumping the treated area and keep it dry.
3. After the dressing is removed, you can take a normal bath. After cleaning, please gently pat the treated area dry.
4. The hospital will arrange a follow-up visit for you to assess the therapeutic effect and determine the subsequent treatment plan.
It usually takes 2 to 6 weeks for the treated area to fully recover, but the actual recovery time varies depending on the location and extent of the treatment.
