1. What is the ozone concentration of the Penguin Plasma Sterilizing Robot?

The ozone emission of Penguin is lower than 0.046PPM, lower than the WHO standard of 0.06PPM and the NAAQS standard set by the US EPA of 0.120PPM.

2. Can Penguin's primary filter filter out dust particles above 5μm?

No, the particle size may be larger, because it is only a primary filter， it only can intercepts large particles .

3. What maintenance does the Penguin plasma sterilizing robot need on a daily basis ?

The air filter in the product has been used for a long time and needs to be replaced ( you can clean it by reverse blowing yourself) .

In harsh environments, it is recommended to replace it once every six months; in a clean environment, it is recommended to replace it once a year ；

The plasma module part is maintenance-free, the average continuous working time is not less than 6000 hours, and the expected usable time is not less than 2 years .

4. Customers want to buy 1 unit of plasma air sterilizing robot and need to provide price protection for several months. Does BooCax support it?

5. The Penguin disinfection robot wants to paste its own logo, what is the MOQ?

If it is a joint name (both the logo of BooCax and the logo of the client company), the mobile type starts from 50 units ; If it is the OEM of the customer's logo, the mobile type starts from 100 units .

6. Does the gas emitted by the Penguin plasma air sterilizing robot have any smell ?

There is a little smell of ozone, relatively weak, according to different people, the taste is not the same .

7. Can plasma inactivate all organisms? A customer in a laboratory asked whether it could eliminate PCR amplicon contamination PCR amplicon contamination ?

Technical FAQ

1. At present, if the maximum air volume is selected, will the ozone emission exceed the standard?

There are hidden settings in Penguin's ozone emission APP. The default ozone concentration is 0.1mg/cubic meter (can be set separately), which is within the WHO standard range, because the ozone concentration and ozone release are related to the size of the space. During automatic disinfection, the switching frequency of the plasma module will be adjusted according to the size of the disinfection space and the set ozone concentration, so the ozone will not exceed the standard.

2. Can the robot WiFi connection password robot 123 be changed by the customer?

When the WiFi is in AP mode, the mobile android device can connect to the robot's WiFi. At this time, you can modify the WiFi name and password.
