New optional camera and sample magazines available for DUMATHERM® N PRO.

With the new optional Full-HD camera, it is now possible to track and record the sample transfer process during elemental analysis.

With the new optional Full-HD camera, it is now possible to track and record the sample transfer process during elemental analysis. The camera captures one image each before and after the transfer and gives the user the possibility to visually trace whether all samples have been transferred cleanly and completely into the combustion reactor. It is also possible to display a live screen of the camera via the DUMATHERM® Manager in order to check the current status of the sample series. In addition to many other functions of the DUMATHERM® Manager such as the visual display of the gas flow, the camera feature increases the traceability of the entire combustion analysis process according to Dumas. The optional camera kit is compatible with all DUMATHERM® N PRO instruments from version 3.

Sample magazines for different sample quantities are now available as additional accessories. In addition to the standard sample magazine for 64 samples, sample magazines for 100 and 144 samples are now also available. The hardware of the sample magazines can be modified without great effort, only the software has to be calibrated once for the new magazines. This makes the sample magazines with different sample weights particularly suitable for laboratories which have to be able to handle frequently changing sample types and quantities. With all magazines, it is possible to add additional samples with high urgency during a running analysis (64+8, 100+10 and 144+12).
