In order to conscientiously implement the innovative development of "5G + Industrial Internet" advocated by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and continuously carry out the "Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands" 5G Factory action plan, in recent years, the company's party branch has accelerated the construction of high-level 5G factories according to the "5G Fully Connected Factory Construction Guide," achieving positive results. On November 7, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced that "after recommendations from provincial industrial and information technology authorities and communications administrations, as well as evaluations by the Strategic Advisory Expert Committee on Industrial Internet, 400 5G factory projects have been selected to enter the '2024 5G Factory Directory'." Our company is included in this list.

Since 2019, the company has actively explored the deep integration of new-generation information technology and the manufacturing industry, promoting digital transformation, networked collaboration, and intelligent development of factories. It has established a QR code identification system, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), data acquisition platforms, 5G network coverage in workshops, and an enterprise industrial internet platform. Through data acquisition and visual analysis, the company can grasp the order completion progress, production dynamics, quality defects, and equipment status in real-time, promptly identify fluctuations and abnormalities, making production costs more controllable, production management more refined, and production quality more stable.

Founded in 1992, Six-Star Glass is the earliest domestic enterprise to develop and produce new materials for pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass. It is a leading enterprise recommended and recognized by the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association. The company has now established four major production bases with a total area of over 500 acres, capable of producing 80,000 tons of pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass tubes, 8 billion pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass vials, and 2 billion neutral borosilicate glass prefilled syringes annually. The company has successively won numerous honors and recognitions, including being named a national "Little Giant" enterprise with specialized and innovative features that are key to high-quality development; a national manufacturing industry champion in a single product; a winner of the first batch of national biomedical material innovation tasks; a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise; a national key research and development project undertaking unit; a national intelligent manufacturing excellence scenario; a Hebei provincial technology innovation demonstration enterprise; and a leader in Hebei's county-level characteristic industrial cluster enterprises.

It currently possesses four research and development platforms at or above the provincial level and has established a CNAS laboratory. It has participated in the drafting and revision of 12 national, industry, and group standards. The company holds over 90 valid patents, including over 30 invention patents.

The company mainly produces seven series of pharmaceutical glass packaging materials, including pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass tubes, neutral borosilicate glass vials for injections, neutral borosilicate glass ampoules, and prefilled syringes. These products are widely used in the packaging of high-end pharmaceuticals such as chemical drugs, vaccines and biologics, blood products, and freeze-dried formulations. They also cover fields such as traditional Chinese medicine injections, cosmetics, and general health, serving as important materials to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceuticals and laying a solid foundation and providing favorable conditions for the consistency evaluation of generic injectable drugs.
