1.Biomaterial: IPN(Interpenetrating polymer network) film, the first NMPA certified medical-class resin film in China, consists of 3 layers, each of which has different properties, making for the desired balance between the resilience required for easy insertion and take-off and the rigidity needed for persistent force expression. Owing to the 3-layer structure, IPN film distinguishes itself from other materials in its lighter and thinner property(the thinnest part can be as thin as 0.3 mm), higher resilience (enabling both the rigidity and flexibility for tooth movement with precise force application), more durable and stable force release, and stronger tear resistance.

2.Alpha automate: Alpha automate enables us to achieve the standardization and automation of the whole production process with the support of some state-of-the-art equipment, including Swiss Staubli robot arms and Japanese Yaskawa robots, which ensure the cutting accuracy within 0.035mm. Each aligner will go through 3D printing, hot pressing, automatic recognition&Laser marking, sorting, packaging, and automatic cutting&polishing. Plus, to guarantee the traceability of quality and safety, each aligner will go through a strict disinfection process and be marked with its own traceable source code. Besides, the production efficiency has also been increased threefold compared to manual mode, reducing the manufacturing lead-time to as short as 3 working days.

3.Click OS: In order to speed up and simplify the planning-feedback-production process, we have developed Click OS, a new generation of Al tooth arrangement software and comprehensive processing system that integrates various technologies including orthodontic parameter modeling, measurement, diagnosis, outcome prediction, treatment planning, treatment efficacy monitoring, tooth arrangement database, treatment decision-making, etc.

Click OS has offered great assistance in the following aspects: Enhance the treatment planning efficiency by parameterizing the tooth model, unifying the diagnostic criteria and simplifying the analysis process of the treatment plan; Raise the success rate of orthodontic treatment through integrating fine-tuning matching technology and verifying the feasibility of the treatment plan with big data so as to ensure the continuity of the treatment process; Integrate the successful tooth arrangement technology from clinicians and apply it to actual cases to reduce the damage of aligners; Reinforce the collection, mining and analysis of data to provide patients with more suitable and effective treatment plans.

4.Treatment planning: A highly experienced orthodontic treatment planning team of nearly 100 full-time dentists, 80% of which have treated more than 1000 patients respectively, led by orthodontic specialists from the stomatological hospital of Peking University, promises our patients with professional and comprehensive treatment plans. After receiving qualified essential clinical data of the patient, our production team and medical center will finish the pre-processing and treatment planning within three working days. Then the production will start upon the confirmation of the treatment plan. Alpha automate is able to complete the aligner fabrication within 3-5 working days.
