ReseCare XXL joins the Delmont imaging range of resectoscopes, alongside ReseCare and MaxiCare

Longer by 10 centimeters, it has the same advantages as ReseCare with its small diameter and hyper-maneuverability, but provides a solution for the treatment of some patients.

ReseCare XXL is a 6mm diameter resectoscope that requires little or no dilatation, making it ideal for patients with a desire to become pregnant or for postmenopausal patients. In addition, its long working length is perfectly suitable for patients with a large uterus or who are overweight. It offers comfort to the surgeon during the operation, and well-being to the patient.
