The Science Behind Our Hair Growth Products
Clinically proven study to improve hair follicle growth at home by a min of 22%
In a 16-week study, the efficacy of our combination of Dermaroller, Hair Lotion and Hair Treatment was tested and clinically confirmed.
Our products have been proven to stimulate hair growth and make hair stronger and more voluminous.
The study resulted in the following average values:
• + 22,000 hairs (on the head in total)
• 22% increased hair density
• 18.9% stronger hair
• 19.9% more voluminous hair
In addition, our products have been awarded with very good skin compatibility and are suitable for all skin types.

Methods of the study
The results of the study were determined using 3 methods. On the one hand, the progress was recorded with photos. For day 0, day 56 and day 112, digital images of the test subjects were taken. On the other hand, so-called TrichoScan® images were taken at the same time. TrichoScan® is a computer-aided method that uses high-resolution images of the scalp to provide information about hair count and density. Furthermore, a dermatological assessment was carried out to test the skin compatibility.
What's behind our hair growth products?
Our hair growth products combine microneedling with highly effective ingredients from our hair lotion and hair treatment.
Through microneedling with the original dermaroller, the skin is punctured with 0.20 mm long stainless steel needles, so that the blood circulation is stimulated and the active ingredients from the hair lotion and treatment can be better absorbed by the skin. As the inventor of microneedling, we manufacture every dermaroller by hand and under the strictest quality control in Germany.
Our Hair Lotion and Hair Treatment are specially designed to be used after microneedling with the Original Homecare Dermaroller. They give hair the nutrients it needs to grow healthier and fuller.
It contains, among other things, Azelaic Acid, Copper Tripeptide and Serenoa Serrulata Fruit Extract to stimulate hair follicles and hair growth. Vitamin B6 promotes the function of hair follicles. Caffeine regulates sebum production and promotes hair growth, while biotin and niacin support healthy metabolism, blood circulation and nutrient delivery to the skin, strengthening hair and increasing hair density.
How are the hair growth products used?
For best results, the following application is recommended: You should start with one application of the dermaroller per week and can increase this to 2 - 3 applications per week. The dermaroller is best used in the evening.
The hair lotion is used daily. Either after microneedling or alone.
In addition, the hair treatment is applied once a week after microneedling with the dermaroller. The hair treatment contains a total of 8 ampoules. 4 ampoules contain the Hair Repair Serum and 4 contain the Skin Rejuvenation Vitamin. The ampoules of the Hair Treatment are alternated: Hair Repair is used in the first week, Skin Rejuvenation Vitamin in the following week.
