KIT WITH ANTI MICROBIAL DRESSING CREATED By DRM - Italy

EXIT GREEN is an innovative approach for prevention and treatment of:

- exit-site infection (ESI) of CVC and peritoneal catheter

- exit-site infection (ESI) of cannulas and tubes in general

- Biohotel on dyalisis treatment (ref. "Buttonhole" technique)

Two models available:

. ref X2GDR/DACC/EXIT, with Y shaped cut

- ref. X2GDR/DACC/EXIT-TF, with cut and hole

It consists of a green gauze acetate with hydrophobic coating, and a fatty acid derivate, highly hydrophobic substance.

As a result of hydrophobic interaction the bacteria that come in contact with this substance remain irreversibly bound to the dressing without being able to return to the wound.
