Expanded Dental Tool Programme with FRANKEN-CIMT
FRANKEN has expanded its tool programme for dental laboratories with the FRANKEN-CIMT product line. This tool series has been optimised for use in the CIMT Pi5 dental milling machine series.
FRANKEN has developed the FRANKEN-CIMT product line to utilise the particularly high dynamics of the dental milling machines CIMT Pi5 and Pi5 Turn. The tools have been optimised in terms of substrate, cutting edge geometry, finish treatment and coating for the current dental materials. The range of applications for the end mills, ball-nose end mills, torus end mills, thread milling cutters and twist drills includes the common dental materials cobalt-chrome, titanium, PMMA/PEEK, wax and zirconium oxide.
The end mill for cobalt-chrome and titanium machining features the duplex geometry developed by FRANKEN. It combines HPC and HSC geometry and enables even faster 2D and 3D machining with just one tool.
Overall, over 600 different FRANKEN dental tools are available to dental technicians for machining in open or closed CAD/CAM process chains. All tools can be purchased via the usual sales channels or the webshop at www.franken-dental.com
