On March 7-8, the 2° MEETING HOL.IT.A., 9° HOLMIUM TRAINING DAYS LASER IN UROLOGIA was successfully held in Rome, Italy, jointly organized by Associazione ltalianadi Endourologia, HOLmium lTalian Association and Società ltalianadi Urologia. During the meeting, a real-time operation of urinary lithotomy was performed using a Endoso’s single-use ureteroscope.
At the conference, a number of outstanding live surgical demonstrations were held at the University Hospital of Rome II, with some 30 surgeries performed by leading experts from abroad, showcasing the latest technological advances, especially the use of lasers in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and urinary calculi.
