FINAL INSTALLATION OF ISOLATOR

On behalf of one of our very good customers, we have completed the installation of a weighing isolator for toxic products (OEB4 to OEB6).

After the sheet metal and finishing process, the assembly of the equipment and all the various tests going with it, the FAT in our workshop, this isolator has successfully passed the SAT qualifications and is now fully operational at our customer’s plant.

It has some specificities such as a stainless-steel case custom-made in our workshop or a mounting and lowering process which helps to adapt the position of the gloves to the size of the operators, all that for better ergonomics.

SHEET METAL WORK – ISOLATOR PRODUCTION

These last weeks, our design office team finished the technical drawing of several isolators.

Presently, at EREA PHARMA workshop, our collaborators from the sheet metal department are working on different parts that make these isolators. From technical boxes to isolator chambers, that giant Lego takes shape step by step with always the same finish quality work from our collaborators.

Installation at Customer plant

Last week, our technicians went on site to install a Vertical Laminar Air Flow.

The equipment installed is made of a return air plenum, a fan, a supply air plenum, and sound traps! Electrics: an HMI, a buzzer, a voltage indicator, and a general switch.
