DOUBLE PASS-THROUGH MATERIAL FINISHED

Still on a specific order for one of our customers, our collaborators have just finished the fabrication and assembly of a new material pass: the double pass-through!

This double pass-through material is a new custom-made equipment totally made in France EREA PHARMA. The design has been specifically defined so as to meet the request of our customer! The 2 SAS which are one above the other let the material pass from one area to another one.

That double pass-through is complete with 3 recovery sheaths, 2 fans, and a H14 HEPA filter. Entirely custom made Customized; an electrical cabinet will be installed in addition to that equipment.

The FAT has been validated by the customer, which means that the assembly and the SAT at the customer’s plant will come next.

SHEET METAL WORK – ISOLATOR PRODUCTION

These last weeks, our design office team finished the technical drawing of several isolators.

Presently, at EREA PHARMA workshop, our collaborators from the sheet metal department are working on different parts that make these isolators. From technical boxes to isolator chambers, that giant Lego takes shape step by step with always the same finish quality work from our collaborators.

Installation at Customer plant

Last week, our technicians went on site to install a Vertical Laminar Air Flow.

The equipment installed is made of a return air plenum, a fan, a supply air plenum, and sound traps! Electrics: an HMI, a buzzer, a voltage indicator, and a general switch.
