A GROUP COLLABORATION

For one of our regular customer, EREA PHARMA has realized a beautiful project with the collaboration of its sister company Jacomex!

The equipment made by Jacomex is a stainless steel glove box, also known as a "hygrometry-controlled hermetic enclosure".

EREA PHARMA carried out the final welding, assembly and fitting of the different components.

For the automation part, the Jacomex and EREA PHARMA automation engineers have joined forces to successfully meet the customer's requirements.

The FAT was completed last week, and the equipment is now on its way to its final destination!

We look forward to welcoming new projects in partnership with Jacomex and keep working in synergy !

SHEET METAL WORK – ISOLATOR PRODUCTION

These last weeks, our design office team finished the technical drawing of several isolators.

Presently, at EREA PHARMA workshop, our collaborators from the sheet metal department are working on different parts that make these isolators. From technical boxes to isolator chambers, that giant Lego takes shape step by step with always the same finish quality work from our collaborators.

Installation at Customer plant

Last week, our technicians went on site to install a Vertical Laminar Air Flow.

The equipment installed is made of a return air plenum, a fan, a supply air plenum, and sound traps! Electrics: an HMI, a buzzer, a voltage indicator, and a general switch.
