INSTALLATION - FFU

Following the installation of a RABS, EREA completes the setup by integrating a Vertical Laminar Flow Unit (FFU) positioned above the RABS. This FFU covers the critical zone with an additional 200 mm overlap, within a Grade B cleanroom.

The combination of the RABS and FFU ensures a Grade A environment inside the RABS, fully compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 14644-1, while securing the critical zone within a Grade B environment.
The installed FFU provides:
Optimal protection of the working area, thanks to a recycled vertical unidirectional airflow;
A complementary and consistent technical solution to the existing RABS, ensuring an even safer production environment.
