Feliz Caminar, a company specializing in health-care and work footwear, launched a new clog model called "Mycrom", designed to pay tribute to women health-care workers during the health crisis caused by the Covid-19.
It is designed exclusively for women in the health sector, made of microfiber, which makes it easy to wash the clog at 30°C. It also allows for daily cleaning, as it will tolerate water. The footwear has a pattern of sanitary motifs and the sole is made of EVA Extra Light, which makes it very lightweight and anti-slipping. The design combines esthetics and comfort, for comfortable working hours. In the short term, Feliz Caminar is designing a model that will also pay tribute to men in the health-care sector.
In addition to this launch, Feliz Caminar has carried out other initiatives to support the health-care sector, where 70% of its manufacture is distributed. Specifically, the company has donated 3,900 pairs of clogs and shoes to facilities such as the Elda Hospital; the Ifema field hospital or the Peace Hospital, both in Madrid; the Igualada Hospital; and the Albacete Hospital. These donations have also been made to non-profit organisations.
