NEW: centralized dust suction unit by Franz Ziel

Static Model

Static dust extracting plants enable the continuous extraction of small quantities of critical dusts from processes (e.g. tablet presses, personal protection isolators, etc.). The air flow volume, generated by a powerful side channel blower, is 0-250m³/h (DEPc 250 static), 0-500m³/h (DEPc 500 static) and 0-1000m³/h (DEPc 1000 static). Dust is removed in 3 successive safe-change (bag in/bag out) filter stages (F9-H14-H14). All processes are controlled by the process machine. The dust extracting plant complies with the ATEX directive for zone 22.

Dynamic Model

Dynamic dust extracting plants enable the continuous extraction of critical dusts from dust-intensive processes (e.g. tablet presses). The air flow volume, generated by a powerful side channel blower, is 0-500m³/h (DEPc 500 dynamic) and 0-1000m³/h (DEPc 1000 dynamic). Dust is removed by the pulsing of H13 filter cartridges (PTFE). A safe-change (bag in/bag out) H14 police filter is installed downstream. The whole area coming into contact with products can be cleaned automatically with water (WIP). The extracted powder is removed using the bag in/bag out principle during ongoing operation without switching off the system. All processes are controlled by the process machine. The dust extraction plant complies with the ATEX directive for zone 22.
