DOSITRACE complies with ASN Decision no. 2019-DC-0660 laying down quality assurance obligations in medical imaging involving ionizing radiation, and ASN Decision no. 2019-DC-0667 on the assessment of ionizing radiation doses delivered to patients during radiology, radioguided interventional procedures and nuclear medicine, and the updating of associated diagnostic reference levels.

In June 2023, according to decrees 2022-114 and 2022-382, a DACS will become mandatory for nuclear medicine and interventional cardiology.
