HBD-1000 is a four-laser large-size high-quality printer, with a closed automatic powder circulation system, an independent long-acting multi-stage purification system, a highly integrated post-processing unit etc. which perfectly realize intelligent parallel 7×24h uninterrupted switching work, forming size Up to 600mm*600mm*1000mm, to meet the needs of large size, high strength, continuous production, suitable for aerospace, automotive parts manufacturing and other fields.

The advantages of the metal 3D printed lightweight overall turbine disk over the traditional process are: the traditional casting process is prone to filling and dissatisfaction, and resulting in defects, thus the quality of the finished product is not high. In the meantime, the leaf shape requires EDM, and the manufacturing cycle is long. While metal 3D printing could achieve precision forming in any dimension, and overall printing greatly improves efficiency, which will give designs more flexibility and diversity, and better meet the requirements of use.
