Public health, as a public utility related to the health of society, remains an eternal necessity for humankind. The strengthening of medical and health service capacity in developing countries, particularly in African countries, has emerged as an important endeavor in the pursuit of robust public health systems to build a global community of health for all. As a science and innovation enterprise, Haier Biomedical actively responded to the initiative and, on the basis of localization of demand for innovative layout and ecosystem co-creation, established a new international public health ecosystem to enhance global public health governance capacity and help build a global community of health for all.
