The HemoPadTM is consist of 3 layers: 1. Blood absorbing layer 2. Buffer layer 3. Compression plate working together with the high elastic non-woven fabric band to easily achieve hemostasis on the puncture site.

In addition, the compression force of The HemoPadTM increases with the length of the stretched polyurethane nonwoven adhesive tape. By applying both sides of the tape approximately 2cm apart, the necessary compression force for hemostasis was obtained (approximately 100mmHg), which was maintained approximately 80% of the initial value even 1 hour after application.
