This Cartoning Machine is our solution for a cosmetic which require the fully products protection during packaging process. In feeding section, the bottles are loaded in the trays that made from nylon, when the they are transferring by conveyor, in this way, the bottles wont rub and collide with each other; To transfer the bottles from the conveyor to the Cartoning Machine, normally we adopt screw transport method, but for better protection from any flaw that will be caused by screw movement, in this Cartoning Machine, we adopt robots system; The bottles are collected by the first robot from the conveyor, upward and transfer to second robot, the second robot hold the bottles from the first robot, then turns 90 degrees downward, moving the bottless into a horizontal position, and accurately and gently placed then into the Cartoning Machine’s conveyor.
