How often should I do cryotherapy?

No restrictions to the numerous number of procedures

Whole Body Cryotherapy was first utilized in Japan in 1978 to treat rheumatoid arthritis. In 1998 Russian scientists modified the system which allowed for the technology to become more advance and revolutionary.

We recommend that our patients do their first ten sessions within thirty days and then decide how often they would like to continue. Many benefits such as a rush of endorphins and better sleep can be experienced as early as the first session, however maximum results are obtained with repeated treatments.

The first effect of the cryosauna can be noticed at 5-10 minutes after the procedure, when the patient achieves a good mood (as a result of releasing endorphins in the blood) which is maintained for at least 6 hours. Many people noticed a better sleep after the procedure.

After 3-4 procedures, the patient can notice amazing results: the skin gets younger, the pain is healed, first signs of loosing weight appear (which is amplified if the patient combines the cryosauna with massage and fitness). For long lasting results, there are recommended series of 10-20 procedures.

The procedure is not toxic or dangerous for people, staff and environment.

Cryosauna is not included in any medical devices category and it doesn't need any special authorization.

Who is a good candidate for cryotherapy?

People from a wide range of lifestyles and ages are a good candidate for this treatment. While it is certainly helpful to athletes and those with chronic pain, it is also highly recommended for individuals who simply want to improve their overall health and appearance.
