Pressurized vessels vs. Non-pressurized Dewars Making the right choice

How to choose the cryosauna that will best serve your needs ?

Always remember that there are two different ways to store liquid nitrogen. Dewar vessels are designed for storage and periodic transportation of gas but do not fit the needs of all clients.

Each country’s market is specific and sometimes before buying a Cryosauna , you should first check with the gas company what liquid nitrogen supply and storage option will serve your needs best .

First, there are Dewars, which are non –pressured vessels . With Dewar cistern you will not face the gas loss and liquid nitrogen supply will be more economic at machine cooling mode and during the treatment. But some companies offer low volume cisterns what makes it not very convenient at use.

The other, a pressurized cylinder , is a closed vessel, where liquid nitrogen becomes a boiling liquid at a temperature determined by the pressure within the vessel.

This type is regulated as pressure vessels, because there is the potential for a substantial pressure to develop within them, and generally they are protected by a pressure relief valve.

Most of the companies supplying industrial gases and Nitrogen in cylinders or monoblocks (the same cylinders, one connected to the fitting).

Cryocylinder is a cryogenic tank that does not require loading and unloading.

When you think of cryotherapy business always make sure what nitrogen supply method is the best in your country and for your wallet.

Krion will customize YOUR Cryosauna for low volume easy manual operation and pipe to use Dewars, or for a Cryocylinder that will allow you to store larger amounts of gas.
