Discover our Nephron-Sparing Surgery

NSS, also known as partial nephrectomy, focuses on removing renal tumors while sparing the rest of the kidney. It's primarly used for patients with small, localized tumors or those needing to preserve kidney function due to preexisting conditions.

Surgical Details:

1️⃣ Laparoscopic Access: Through small abdominal incisions, laparoscopic NSS provides precise access to the kidney.

2️⃣ Tumor Identification: Renal arteries and veins are temporarily clamped to ensure minimal bleeding. The tumor is carefully marked for excision, preserving healthy tissue.

3️⃣ Precise Excision: Using state-of-the-art surgical instruments, the tumor is removed with a small margin of healthy tissue. Our intraoperative imaging ensures thorough removal.

4️⃣ Renorrhaphy: Expert suturing techniques restore the kidney's integrity, with hemostatic agents controlling bleeding.

5️⃣ Closure: After tumor removal, laparoscopic instruments are withdrawn, and incisions are meticulously closed.
