LNI Swissgas is pleased to announce its acquisition by Velaris, a platform of leading laboratory automation and analytical technology brands backed by Battery Ventures.

This milestone marks an exciting new chapter for LNI Swissgas and supports the company’s long-term strategy for international growth, innovation and expanded customer support capabilities.

For more than 30 years, LNI Swissgas has combined Swiss precision engineering with Italian ingenuity and design to develop premium gas generation and calibration solutions for analytical, industrial, environmental and laser applications.

The company’s product portfolio includes hydrogen, nitrogen and zero air generators for on-site gas production, precision gas calibration systems and gas mixers, as well as laboratory benches and accessories used across laboratory and industrial environments worldwide.

By becoming part of the Velaris platform, LNI Swissgas will further strengthen its global reach and continue expanding its capabilities in laboratory infrastructure and analytical technologies. The partnership also creates new opportunities for collaboration across Velaris’ portfolio of scientific instrumentation brands.
