Top tips for characterizing lipid nanoparticles

Live webinar 15 March 2022

In recent years we’ve seen a steep rise in the application of nanomedicine, particularly with the use of viral and non-viral delivery vectors for nucleic acids, for use in vaccine development and cell and gene therapy.

These delivery vectors show great promise. However, they pose significant manufacturing and analytical challenges due to their structural complexity. Consequently, you need to apply a combination of fit-for-purpose, complementary analytical tools during product development, process control, and quality control.

Join us as we review a range of complementary, label-free biophysical techniques. You’ll learn how these techniques can be applied to characterize the physical and chemical attributes of lipid nanoparticles (LNP) encapsulating mRNA. Techniques include:

dynamic light scattering (DLS)

multiangle-DLS (MADLS)

electrophoretic light scattering (ELS)

nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA)

multiple detection SEC

differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)

Vector Analytics Masterclass

This is the first in our “Vector Analytics Masterclass” series of webinars. Join us as our team of in-house characterization experts dive deep into the methodologies you need for successful vector development. They’ll also show you how to generate robust measurements and help you understand how a holistic approach to generating data analysis will give you greater confidence in your results.

You can register for free to all our webinars and you will automatically receive the On-Demand version
