How do you create a full column or lower limbs DICOM image?

Stitching Module - From 2 to 6 images into 1!

Medecom offers a great module available on both acquisition (MedXRay) & diagnostic workstations (Med Mammo & Med Diag). This module gives the possibility to create from 2 to 6 images, 1 full image of the lower limbs or the column.

The option can be used either on CR or DR DICOM images, images that have been taken with any equipment manufacturers.

The new image can then be saved as DICOM image on the PACS.

Many advanced measurements can easily be done directly on the new image such as:

- gonometry or double gonometry measurements on the lower limbs

- single or double Cobb's angles on the column.

Both measurements & annotations can also be saved with the image.

This option has been developped by Medecom for many years and has proven its success!
