A staff control interface allows the accompanying professional to select content and follow the session. Experiences can be chosen around participants’ interests, with suitable positioning, consent and session duration considered individually.
Beyond virtual travel, personalised 360° recordings offer a more intimate possibility: revisiting a familiar home or experiencing a family celebration from a viewpoint reserved for the absent relative. This requires suitable filming and content preparation, with the agreement of those involved.
The experience continues when the headsets come off. Memories, comments and reactions can become material for discussion with staff, other participants and family members.
