The Cleanisept Wipes wipes are designed for the cleaning and disinfection of alcohol-sensitive medical devices such as the heads of ultrasound probes for vaginal, abdominal and all types of surfaces. The wipes are approved for the disinfection of ultrasound probes built by Philips, Shimadzu, SonoAce, Aloka, GE, Esaote, Toshiba and Siemens, FUJIFILM SonoSite, Hitachi Medical Systems, Zonare Medical Systems.

The formula of the disinfectant solution is based on quaternary ammonium compounds. The Cleanisept Wipes disinfectant solution is alcohol-free and does not contain aldehydes or phenols.

The correct cleaning of ultrasound probes carried out with Cleanisept helps to prolong their life, since the use of ordinary paper to remove the gel produces scratches on the probes and reduces their duration.
