On February 20th, China Association for Science and Technology held the annual meeting of "Innovation China" in 2023, at which the series of "Innovation China" lists in 2022 were released. NuRay with "static CT intelligent inspection system based on CNT cold cathode distributed X-ray source " was selected as "Innovation China" pioneer technology list.

In 2018, NuRay independent research and development of "carbon nanotube cold cathode distributed X-ray source" applied to the security scene, has broken through the key technical barriers in the indicators of high power, long time out of the beam, life and reliability, to achieve large-scale mass production, which is a milestone step in the domestic cold cathode X-ray source technology.

At the end of 2021, at the scientific and technological achievements evaluation meeting of "Research on key technology and productization of multi-focus distributed X-ray source based on carbon nanotube cold cathode", the expert group led by academicians unanimously agreed that the project has significant economic and social benefits, has broad market prospects, and that the overall technology has reached the "international leading" level.
