Navilas® 577s – the navigated retinal laser for modern retinal therapy

With the Navilas® 577s, OD-OS GmbH brings retinal laser treatment into the digital age.

The system combines a yellow 577 nm laser with a proprietary retinal navigation technology. Image-guided planning and eye tracking replace the previously largely manual approach with precise, computer-assisted therapy.

Precision and Reproducibility
A wide-field fundus image, continuous eye tracking and freely definable exclusion zones ensure precise laser delivery, even close to the fovea. Treatments can be planned in advance on the touchscreen and then carried out with pinpoint accuracy. In microsecond pulse mode, even invisible laser areas are captured and displayed digitally, making subthreshold treatments traceable and repeatable.

One Device, Many Applications
In addition to laser photocoagulation (e.g. focal DME treatment or PRP) and microsecond pulse laser treatments, the Navilas® 577s offers an anterior segment mode for micropulse laser trabeculoplasty (MLT).

Modular and Future-Proof
The platform grows with the needs of your practice. Software upgrades can add features such as planning on imported FA or OCT images, DICOM/PACS connectivity, multimodal treatment reports, a simulation mode for training, and Teleguidance for remote support by experts.

The Navilas® 577s is already in use at clinics and practices in more than 40 countries, including leading university hospitals in Europe and the USA.
