AidEx 2026: Announcing the Exhibition of OPELAIII Cx at Japan Pavilion

Taiyo Corporation is pleased to announce its participation in the international cooperation and development event “AidEx 2026.”

Taiyo Corporation (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Mariko Nakabe), with support from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, is pleased to announce its participation in the international cooperation and development event “AidEx 2026.” The company aims to showcase its product to the world and build partnerships with international organizations.

The exhibition will be held from 21st to 22nd October 2026 at PALEXPO in Geneva, Switzerland. Come visit us at Tokyo Pavilion and see OPELAIII Cx in person.

【Activities in Developing Countries, Disasters, and Conflict Zones】

JICA Japan Disaster Relief (JDR) Team dispatched a Type 2 Medical Team during the 2023 Turkey–Syria earthquake, using it to treat victims in field-tent hospital.
The Italian NGO Emergenza Sorrisi used it to treat children with cleft lips and palates in environments with unstable power supplies, including Iraq, Benin, Burkina Faso, and the West Bank of Palestine.
Donated to Ibn Sina Hospital in Sudan through the NPO Rocinantes, where it was used in the country’s first-ever liver transplant surgery.
Used to treat over 200 patients during a urological surgery medical mission led by American physician Dr. Badlani in Ajmer, India.
Donated 15 units through the Ukrainian branch of the Christian Medical Association and used to treat the wounded in conflict zones
