New iCaps capsule polisher
Pharma Technology in collaboration with Trenker Laboratories - Belgium, recently conducted a successful four-week test on the new iCaps capsule polisher.
The main purpose of this long run test was to assess the following:
- Quality of polishing
- Total emptying at the end of the batch
- Easy and fast change-over & cleaning
The positive outcome demonstrates that the newest patented innovation from Pharma Technology can meet all pharmaceutical industry requirements. The iCaps range is specifically designed to elevate, polish and dedust any kind of capsules and is available in 3 declinations: “DT” Dust-Tight, “C” Containment ≤OEB3, “HC” Hi-Containment ≤OEB5 washable. The unit can be equipped with a high-end fully automatic 2-Parameter tester to monitor the length and the weight of samples during production.
