Compared to common systems, it is so lightweight and small that it fits into the patient’s pocket, thus providing a simple way to continue therapy on the go. The colour-coded light band, an acoustic signal and the tactile push-button on the device indicate whether sufficient negative pressure is being exerted. The grid pattern applied on the wound dressing disappears when the wound fluid has been fully absorbed.
