Dean to host town hall March 25 featuring Kari Nadeau, Charles Prober

During the forum, Kari Nadeau will discuss allergy research, and Charles Prober will discuss how a recent grant will help Stanford re-imagine undergraduate medical school education.

Lloyd Minor, MD, dean of the School of Medicine, will host a town hall meeting at 11 a.m. March 25 in Berg Hall.

During the forum, immunologist Kari Nadeau, MD, PhD, associate professor of pediatrics, will discuss the latest allergy research at Stanford made possible by a $24 million grant from Silicon Valley entrepreneur and philanthropist Sean Parker. In addition, Charles Prober, MD, senior associate dean for medical education, will discuss how a recent grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation will help Stanford re-imagine undergraduate medical school education.

At the end of the session, Minor will hear feedback and respond to questions from attendees

All members of the Stanford Medicine community are welcome. Refreshments will be served starting at 10:45 a.m.
